Hi, My flight out of Southwest Airlines LAX Terminal the other day was quite smooth in general. I arrived early anticipating chaos, but it was more organized than I'd have wished. The self-check-in machines were wonderful, and there were some Southwest employees nearby in case you had a question. Security was busy, of course—it's —but it didn't drag on and on. I headed inside, snatched a quick bite to eat, and sat down in a comfortable spot by a charging outlet.
